Synopsis: An ogre, Shrek (Mike Myers), goes on a quest to find the king since his swamp is now filled with fairytale creatures, including donkey (Eddie Murphy), who joins the quest. The king decides he will move the creatures if Shrek rescues princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz). However Fiona turns into an ogre at night and is surprised Shrek has come to save her. The only way to break Fiona’s spell is loves first kiss. Without knowing Shrek and Fiona kiss and she turns into an ogre.

Pros: A great family movie. Definitely a movie to watch over and over again with the children.

Cons: It can be a bit scary for the younger kids.

Rating: 4/5 Stars. I would recommend it. It is a great family movie and down right hilarious thanks to Donkey.
